Can you believe the “Homecoming for the Ages” at Keeneland is around the corner? With just a few more Breeders’ Cup #WinandYoureIn races remaining, it’s time to talk Fall trackside fashion. We are excited to prepare and pack for Keeneland! On October 2-7, Keeneland will feature eight Breeders’ Cup “Win and You’re In” Challenge races to give horses the chances to qualify for the 2015 Breeders’ Cup, which Keeneland is hosting for the first time on October 30-31. These special races will preview what will come.
Founded in 1935, Keeneland is one of the most beautiful Thoroughbred facilities in the world. True to its original mission to be a model race track, Keeneland today is an industry leader in developing and promoting innovations to advance Thoroughbred racing, improving safety and preserving the sport’s history and integrity. Much like Keeneland is classic, the styles and fashion found around the race track also are classic.
We’ve tailored a special Keeneland style feature to showcase style tips for the Fall Meet on October 2-7.
Weather in Lexington, KY in October can range between 61-72 degrees during the daytime. It may be a good time to break out your leather boots for the first time for the fall meet. Everyone loves to talk about their boots, especially at the track. If you haven’t had a chance to get an official Breeders’ Cup scarf, now is the time. I bet they will be sold out during Breeders’ Cup week… They are too pretty to pass up!

Hats are a must. With the Breeders’ Cup around the corner, people are really bringing out there best for the Fall Meet #WinandYoureIn races at Keeneland. The ‘Hannah‘ by Christine A. Moore is a classic piece to pair with any colored dress.
Guys, get suited up for Keeneland in southern style with a touch of purple. Classic navy and a traditional striped purple shirt make a great look for the fall meet at Keeneland. With the Breeders’ Cup right around the corner, everyone is looking forward to an exciting homecoming for the ages. Jazz up the look with a unique bowtie to strike up conversation trackside while drinking bourbon and betting on the ponies.
