Christmas is fast approaching, which means the leading horses in national hunt training will be making there appearances, in order to push their credentials forward for the Cheltenham festival in march. Altior returned to the track and put in another stunning display to further cement himself as the leading horse in training. If he stays fit then he will be the banker for many over the week and punters will be using the latest offer at twi-promo-code.com, to support him. Here we cover three horses to watch out for over the Christmas period.
Footpad
The leading novice chaser of last season in Arkle winner Footpad. He put in a very underwhelming display on his reappearance, so all eyes will be on him for this second start of the season. He was being muted as a worthy challenger to the previously mentioned Altior this season, so will need to put in an impressive display. He can supported at around 5/1 for the Champion Chase at the festival.
Apples Jade
The great mare has returned this season in the form of her life. Firstly with an 11 length success in a grade two, followed by her breath taking 20 length success in the grade one Hatton’s Grace. She was out of sorts last season and never ran to her best that included a defeat at odds of 1/2 in the Mares hurdle at the festival. She has returned a different horse and is going to take the world of beating for the rest of the season. Her next start is likely to be a step up in trip for the Christmas hurdle at Leopardstown, which she is likely to start as the odds on favourite. Following this it will be a return for the mares hurdle at the festival.

Presenting Percy
Possibly the most anticipated comeback of the season due to the fact Presenting Percy is now the outright favourite for the Gold Cup. Trained by a master in P.G Kelly, who always has his select horses peaking come the meeting, and it will be no different this time around. Presenting Percy is a two time Cheltenham festival winner having landed a gamble in the Pertemps final, before his breath taking 7 length success in last year’s RSA Chase. He looks tailor made for the showpiece event and remains one of the most exciting horses in training.
