Wellington, Florida is the place to be during the Winter season for equestrian showjumping. Top Olympic riders from all over the world come to meet and compete for at least three months at the Palm Beach Equestrian Center. Trends begin here for the year. Whether it’s horses to tack, riding apparel, and more, people want to show off their “latest”. Wearing breeches from the barn to the bar is totally now “in style”. Let me share with you a new company that I was recently introduced to: GhoDho.
GhoDho does the details. I was completely impressed when I saw the price tag of $125.00. The details are incredible with zippers on the pockets for the Pamella breeches, and also close to the ankles for a fun fashionable look after riding.
My best friend and fellow equestrian Elisa Epstein modeled the look for me, since I am still recovering from a terrible case of lyme disease. Special thanks to Kathy Cline photography.
These edgy, yet classic breeches look great with any classic riding shirt or casual-chic top for an after-the-show street style. We paired it with a ruffled white tank and a Burberry puffer jacket. Charlie, the pooch, was the perfect accessory to have ringside.
The Pamela Breeches in the color “shroom” are one of my favorites by GhoDho. They look great with sperry topsiders after a long day of riding at the Winter Equestrian Festival. The material is great and really “sucks you in” with an ultra-stretch type fabric.
These breeches have edge. I absolutely love the faux crocodile knee patches and chevron side stitching. Totally flattering!
One of the biggest pluses on the design is the rear-end details. The shaped back patch pockets create an ultra-flattering look for that street-style you need when you are running out to grab a drink with some friends after the show. GhoDho just launched this year, so the sooner you get a pair the more likely you will be the “only one” wearing these babies…
So, be sure to check out the other styles at GhoDho… We absolutely approve!
