It’s only Fall, and yet many fashionistas are already looking at trends for Spring 2013. Muted metallic embellished ball gowns, classic silk feminine frocks, and eye popping spring colors strut down the runway at New York Fashion Week Spring 2013. I’d like to guide you through some of my favorites from designers like Badgly Mischka, Lela Rose, J.Crew and more from this well recognized fashion affair. As you may know, my taste in fashion and style is described best as classic & elegant that stems from my equestrian up-bringing. I have copied my favorite looks from New York Fashion Week this week thus far, please respect that these are my own opinions. I would encourage you to check out the Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week 2013 gallery here and let me know what your favorites are from the event!
Although these runway looks are not worn as the “everyday” attire, I certainly urge you to become inspired by the colors, fabrics, and styles for Spring 2013. I also encourage you to start saving for your next splurge on some of these superior Spring favorites… Take a peak for yourself and let me know what you think!
But lets not forget about our brights and florals come Spring… I’m a sucker for the pink and orange houndstooth. It’s perfectly preppy and classic.
And the few Menswear looks that struck my eye… I’m loving the light blue slacks by J.Crew. Men in pastels, why yes Please!

Gorgeous! I only wish I had the lifestyle that required such clothes. (do I really? Maybe) I especially love the gown by Carmen Marc Valvo. Stunning.
